Advertising / Headhunting Campaign Management
At times, it may be a requirement of our client to use a blend of headhunting and advertising as an option to purely headhunting.
The underlying principle behind this is to make certain that we attract all interested candidates to your organisation. This approach does have limited applications, as advertising will rarely attract the best candidates, however used in conjunction with our headhunting process we will still be ensuring we not only approach the best, we will also be hearing from candidates that are looking for a change.
Bandura will use this method when required by utilising a variety of media and trade publications, we will manage this process for you, including writing the advertisement, filtering responses and proceed to our interview and screening process.
