Bandura Headhunters were established due to a recognised need in the marketplace for a company that does not conform to traditional recruitment methods to find suitable individuals. Many recruitment companies rely on the same system of recruitment with the same moderate results they have been experiencing for decades.

Bandura senior management team is a like minded group of professionals from a diversity of industry sectors. We take a proactive approach to recruitment, with the view point that you never get what you want if you sit back and wait for it to come to you. Sitting back and hoping the right candidate may appear via a situation vacant advertisement is far too hit and miss and an antiquated and ineffective method of getting the right individual.
