Bandura Headhunters respect rigorous ethical procedures in approaching potential candidates. All conversations are processed in absolute discretion and confidentiality, without revealing the identity of our client, unless otherwise agreed.

Code of Ethics

  • Acceptance of only those assignments that we are qualified to undertake
  • Ensure the confidentiality of all Bandura Headhunter client related information
  • Disclosure of client identity to candidates only when appropriate
  • Disclosure of any limitations arising through service that may affect the scope of a search
  • Disclose all relevant candidate information which may influence the recruitment decision
  • Ensure the client is kept fully informed throughout the headhunting process
  • Provide accurate communications to both client and candidate
  • Declaration to the client of any possible conflict of interest prior to undertaking an assignment
  • Obtain written approval/sign off of Bandura Headhunters Terms and Conditions and ensure they are fully understood prior to commencement
  • Actively support the principals of the Australian Equal Employment Opportunity, Anti-Discrimination, and Privacy Legislations
